I've walked the path from disordered eating to food freedom, from exercise addiction to joyful movement.
As a breast cancer survivor, I've navigated significant body changes and had to practice what I preach about body acceptance and compassion.
With over 15 years of experience in eating disorder treatment and a background in athletics, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and personal insight to help you reconnect with your body and find true health – mentally, physically, and emotionally.

and ability to LISTEN and TRUST our bodies.
to treat our bodies with RESPECT.
and at the foundation of all of these, finding JOY and FUN in this body and this life is the core.
I have my own lived experience with eating disorders, breast cancer, peri-/post-menopause, pregnancy, former D1 athlete and marathoner, avid hiker, and love to backpack and camp.
I write and love to bring therapeutic writing into sessions, as well as meditation (I am a meditation instructor and have my own practice).
When I speak, I love to bring my own lived experience and years of clinical expertise into sessions, workshops, consultation, and trainings.
I had made peace with my body after having to stop competitive running due to injury and again after pregnancy.
When I was hit with a breast cancer diagnosis, the treatments that saved my life caused yet more significant body changes. I had to truly practice what I had always taught my 1:1 clients, audiences at my continuing education events, and workshop participants.
Radically accepting my body and re-attuning to its needs at this point in my life became the goal. Truly leaving behind ideas of "getting back" to my "old body" and learning about this body, in this moment, health was paramount.
And now, I get to really sit in that. I want to offer this possibility to you: to meet your body and really learn to connect with it as it is in this moment, to move your body the way it needs while knowing its abilities, to feed your body without digressing into fads and hack "science."
Let's truly look at what your body is offering you, today, in this moment.
True healing happens when you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. Every person's journey is unique – whether you're moving beyond disordered eating, navigating a medical diagnosis, or seeking a different relationship with movement and sport.
This collaborative approach starts exactly where you are. No judgment about your history with food and body. No pushing faster than feels right. Just genuine curiosity about your experiences and dedicated support as you explore what works for your life.
Each session combines evidence-based insights with real-world application. You'll find a balance of structured guidance and open dialogue, always grounded in current research but flexible enough to meet your unique needs.
Our work together helps you rediscover that truth, building confidence in your ability to make choices that honor both your health and your humanity.
This approach comes alive not just in one-on-one sessions, but in workshops and presentations that create spaces for honest conversation about food, bodies, and health.
